Accurate forecasting is essential for proper commercial planning

Quantitative forecasting uses proven models and methods that are both robust and reproducible. Qualitative forecasting, as it is largely subjective in nature, should only be applied if historic and present data are missing. Forecasting processes that are repeatable and harmonized produce reliable predictions for the own expected output as well as a challenge position that can be used in negotiations.
